SUN SHIELDS
Sun shields protect the aircraft interior and the aircraft avionics against the damaging effects of the sun. They prevent premature aging and cracking of aircraft upholstery and glareshields. They keep the cockpit and aircraft cabin cooler.
They are designed to match the window configuration and are kept in place by suction cups suitably located.
When not in use, and, in particular during flight, they are stowed in a fire resistant case which meets the requirements of FAR 25.853 Vertical Burn Test.
We have many existing designs for commercial
or business jets and we will design new ones
for specific aircraft.
